Sign-in only requests openid, email, and profile — basic identity, no Workspace data. Each integration below is connected separately, after sign-in, with its own consent screen.

So ILO can brief you on today's calendar during the morning call and act on "move my 3pm to Thursday."
Send mail on your behalf — replies, follow-ups, intro emails you ask ILO to draft.
So when you say "tell Acme we'll have the proposal Friday," the message goes out from your Gmail without you opening it. ILO does not read your inbox.
Create estimates, briefs, and trackers and save them to your Drive.
So the artifacts ILO produces on your behalf live alongside the rest of your work. ILO can only touch files it has created — your existing Drive is untouched.
ILO complies with Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements. Workspace data is used only to provide the user-facing features above. It is never used to train AI models, never sold, never shown ads against, and never read by humans except as described in our privacy policy.
