Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ILO, operated by Illocute AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ILO is currently in private preview and access is granted at our discretion.
Description of Service
ILO is an autonomous intelligence service that proactively contacts users through their preferred communication channels, documents priorities from conversations, executes tasks across connected systems, follows up through appropriate channels, and curates insights over time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration, maintaining account security, ensuring communicated instructions are accurate, reviewing actions taken on your behalf, and complying with applicable laws.
Connected Integrations
You may connect ILO to third-party services including calendar, email, project management, finances, and team communications. By connecting these services, you authorize ILO to access and act within those platforms on your behalf. You may revoke integration access at any time.
Autonomous Actions
ILO takes autonomous actions on your behalf including scheduling, drafting communications, coordinating with contacts, and executing tasks. You acknowledge that autonomous actions may occasionally require correction. ILO will seek confirmation for high-impact actions.
Communication Consent
By using the Service, you consent to receiving proactive communications from ILO through the channels you configure. You may modify your channel preferences or communication frequency at any time.
Intellectual Property
The ILO service, including its underlying technology, design, and branding, is the property of Illocute AI. You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to or create through the Service.
Limitation of Liability
ILO is provided as-is during the private preview period. While we strive for reliability, Illocute AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, ILO will cease all proactive communications and autonomous actions. You may request a data export prior to account closure.
